Your continued use of the website or placing of orders after any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
2. Formation of Contract
A legally binding contract between you and Mountain View Melts will come into existence only when your order has been processed and dispatched.
3. Customer Warranties
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Northern Ireland.

You are not using a false identity or impersonating another individual or entity.
4. Order Placement

5. Right to Cancel (Cancellation Policy)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013, you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel, you must notify us within this period, and we will refund the full amount paid using the original payment method. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of cancellation notification or returned goods.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provide. This confirmation will include details of your order, including the products, prices, and delivery information.
7. Delivery
You may select from available delivery options at checkout. Mountain View Melts does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay occurring during transit outside our control. You may also choose to collect your order in person where applicable.
8. Returns and Refunds
Subject to your statutory rights, Mountain View Melts accepts returns of unused products in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery. Products that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. All returns require prior written consent from Mountain View Melts and may be subject to a reasonable return charge to cover postage and handling.
9. Personalised Products
Personalised or customised products are made specifically to your instructions and cannot be resold to other customers. Due to the bespoke nature of personalised items:
You acknowledge and accept that personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable except where the product is faulty.
Please ensure all personalisation details (spellings, dates, colours, etc.) are accurate at the time of order. Mountain View Melts will not be liable for errors or omissions made by you in your personalisation request.
If your personalised product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
10. Liability and Consumer Rights
We endeavour to ensure that all information on this website is accurate. However, Mountain View Melts gives no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, about its accuracy or completeness.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 and the Sale of Goods Act (Northern Ireland) 1979 remain unaffected. These rights include goods being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under applicable Northern Ireland consumer protection laws.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Northern Ireland law, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
12. Discount Code Applicability and Termination
Discount codes are valid for customers of Mountain View Melts only and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, discounts, or free gift promotions unless explicitly stated.
Discount codes and free gift promotions are not stackable. Only one promotional offer (including discount codes or free gift offers) may be used per order unless expressly stated otherwise.
Codes must be applied at the time of checkout, and no retroactive discounts will be given.
Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
Discount codes may have a specified start and end date, and any use outside this period will not be accepted.
Mountain View Melts reserves the right to cancel or amend a discount code or free gift promotion at any time without prior notice.
Some products may be excluded from discount code use. Discount codes cannot be used for gift card purchases.
Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise specified. Shipping discounts may not be applicable in addition to other discount code use.
If a discount code or free gift offer is misused or obtained fraudulently, Mountain View Melts reserves the right to cancel the order.
If items purchased with a discount code are returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.
Returned items may result in the original discount code or free gift eligibility being voided.
Mountain View Melts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any discount code or promotional offer at any time for any reason.
By using a discount code or participating in a promotional offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and Mountain View Melts’ decision in all matters relating to promotions is final.
