Shipping policy

At Mountain View Melts, we deliver throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £45.
This will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies. Shipping discounts may not be applicable in addition to other discounts.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at mountainviewmelts@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
